What are your Sales and Shipping Terms?
All orders are despatched from our warehouse in The Netherlands.

Orders placed before 1pm GMT will be despatched the same day. Orders placed at weekends will be despatched on the next working day.

We offer free shipping on all orders over €49.

Shipping times
The Netherlands: 1-2 working days
The rest of EU: 3-5 working days

Provided delivery times are given as an estimate only and may vary. We are not responsible for any delays caused by external circumstances.

Taxes and duties
Taxes and duties are included in the item price or shipping cost.

Can I return a PANI product?
All products ordered on "" must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging within 14 days of the date the order was placed. PANI Cosmetics maintains the right to deny approval of a refund for products that are believed to have been previously used. If you didn’t love a PANI product for any reason, please email us at We are happy to issue an account credit and refunds for unused products returned within 14 days.

Kindly note
- We are unable to accept returns for products sold as part of a bundle.
- You will be refunded the product cost + delivery shipping cost only.
- Unfortunately we cannot refund return shipping cost at the present moment - we are working on it!
How do I start a return?

2. Shortly after approving your return inquiry, an email with address of our warehouse will be sent to your email. All items you want to return should be shipped to the address given in this mail.
3. We are unable to offer free shipping returns at this moment.
4. Please make sure that all goods are returned new, unused and in their original packaging (used products won't be approved).
Once we have received and approved your return, please allow up to 15 working days for your return to be processed.

What's the status of my order?

How do I cancel my order?
Please email us at with the word "Cancel" in the subject line as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee order cancellation, but we’ll do our best.

Where do you ship?
Our headquarters is in the Netherlands, and we ship throughout Europe. Unfortunately, we don’t yet ship to outside the European Union.
